Site Support Care plans renew monthly until cancelled.

How to cancel

To cancel, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your service and include your website URL. If a self-service billing portal is made available to you, you may also cancel through that portal.

When cancellation takes effect

Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No new monthly charge will be made after cancellation becomes effective.

Service during the remaining paid period

The selected plan remains available through the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the normal service scope and customer responsibilities.

Refunds after cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current paid billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
