1. Services
Site Support Care provides recurring WordPress and WooCommerce website maintenance and support services. Plan descriptions, included maintenance tasks, request limits and response targets are shown on the pricing section of this website.
2. Monthly subscriptions and fees
Plans are billed monthly at the price shown when the customer enrolls. A subscription renews monthly until cancelled. By enrolling in a paid plan, the customer authorizes recurring charges for the selected plan until cancellation takes effect.
3. Service delivery
Service begins after enrollment is completed and the customer provides the website information and access reasonably required to perform the service. Maintenance frequency and support response targets depend on the selected plan. More details are available in our Service Delivery Policy.
4. Service scope
Unless specifically included in the selected plan, standard maintenance does not include a complete redesign, a new website build, custom plugin or application development, major malware reconstruction, hosting, domain registration, premium third-party licenses or large content-entry projects.
5. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information, maintain the legal right to the website and content being serviced, provide lawful access, and obtain any third-party permissions required for us to perform maintenance.
6. Website access and security
When administrator access is required, customers should create a separate or temporary account where practical. Customers should not send their primary administrator password through ordinary email.
7. Additional work
Work outside the selected plan may require a separate quote. Additional paid work will only proceed after the customer agrees to the scope and price.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation is governed by our Cancellation Policy. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation
Maintenance and monitoring are intended to reduce avoidable website problems, but no website service can guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete security, or compatibility with every third-party product or hosting environment.
