Is this a recurring subscription?
Yes. Each plan renews automatically every month until cancelled.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel before your next billing date. Unless otherwise stated, service remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
How do I provide website access?
After subscribing, email us your website URL and platform. We will reply with instructions for creating a separate or temporary administrator account. Do not send your primary administrator password by email.
What is a minor content request?
A minor content request is a small change to an existing page, such as replacing text, updating an image, correcting a link or making a simple content adjustment.
Do you support WooCommerce?
Basic WooCommerce support is included in Business Care. Broader WooCommerce maintenance is included in Priority Care, subject to service scope.
